Booking Policy 

Arrival 
 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes  before the booking time  for consultation or question iare  related to your treatment and allow 10 minutes  after the booking time for after care advice or some question if you have  . If you arrive late of the appointment we need to reduce the time of your treatments

Deposit 

we require £10 deposit for  your treatments  under £35 and £20 for treatments over £35  ( facial treatments)  and  massage we required £20 deposit , the balance will be  paid on the day of treatment  or before arriving if you prefer .Please pay deposit online

Cancellation policy 

Please  give us 24 hours advance  notice to allow us book other clients . any cancellation less than 24 hours you will lost  those deposit

Mobile phone policy 

Please kindly switch of or put on to salient when   you are having the treatment.

Children in the salon 

We can not be responsible for young children at any time in the  spa room and  anyone age  under 16  must be  accompanied with adult at all time

Medical conditions 
Please advise the  therapist know upon booking  as some medical condition  are contraindicated the certain treatments.
